Appointments is a user-friendly schedule management application that offers a seamless integration of events, tasks, and photos within a calendar interface.

The month display feature presents events and tasks in a clear monthly layout, allowing for easy navigation between months and years with simple swipes. Each type of event can be color-coded for quick identification, such as birthdays, appointments, and regular tasks. Users can customize the calendar background color to adapt it to their preferences, enhancing visibility. Additionally, the app conveniently marks days with associated photos or videos, aiding in event-based photo searches.

With the day display mode, users can access detailed information by tapping on specific dates. Events, tasks, and photos are presented in a list format, including titles, times, locations, and additional notes for better schedule comprehension. The option to display lengthy titles in multiple lines improves readability. Event and task registration is straightforward, whether adding new events with the "+" button or dragging to create tasks. The app also facilitates quick event and task entries based on predefined templates.

In terms of data display, the application presents event details like start/end times, titles, locations, and memos with optional alarm indicators. For tasks, deadline times and memos are displayed with the ability to toggle between completed and pending tasks. Overdue tasks are highlighted for prompt attention.

Users can organize and manage multimedia content efficiently within the app. Photos, videos, and recordings are showcased with essential details such as thumbnails, timestamps, file names, sizes, and recording durations. Metadata management features allow users to edit details like titles and captions. Moreover, iCloud users can synchronize metadata across their iOS devices through Apple ID.

The search functionality enables users to search for events, tasks, and media files simultaneously using keywords from titles, memos, descriptions, and more. Search results are conveniently categorized by month for easy access and management. Users can also browse all media captured on specific dates directly from the app.
